Join us for a fun and fit celebration to honor all mothers! The whole family can participate in the 5K run, 5K walk or fun run, while helping raise funds for children’s health & wellness and cancer programs at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

For the children who are not participating in the 5K events, there will be fun and games with Wellness staff to keep them moving and having a great time.

Non-competitive children’s 1-mile fun run will be held while the 5K results are being tallied.

Overall 5K winners receive a $100 Savings Bond from Montgomery Bank.

Registration includes a t-shirt and goody bag. Pre-registration packets can be picked up on friday, May 9, at HealthPoint fitness in Cape between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., or at Arena Park on race morning after 7:30 a.m.
